Return / Refund policy

All returns are accepted within 30 days of Purchase.

To initiate a Return/Refund request please use the below form and wait for confirmation from us before dispatching the item. If the item is dispatched without opening return request through form, it will not be entertained and the customer will be responsible for any loss whatsoever.

Please read below Return reasons before submitting the form and choose the right option. Otherwise, your request may be declined.

Return Reasons:

If the Return Reason is "Defective / Faulty / Wrong Item / Missing Parts", then:

  • Return Shipping is Free, the item must be returned in same condition as received.
  • It must also include all packaging and accessories came with the item.

If the Return Reason is "Arrived Damaged", then:

  • Written statement is required as a proof from the Courier Company stating that the item was damaged during shipping.
  • Return Shipping is Free, the item must be returned in same condition as received.
  • It must also include all packaging and accessories came with the item.

If the Return Reason is "Changed Mind / Purchased By Mistake", then:

  • The return shipping cost will be paid by the customer.
  • New items must be returned in their original sealed unopened packaging.
  • For items with manufacturer seal, the items should be returned with unbroken seal and intact.
  • Provide tracking no once dispatched.
  • If the seal is broken, then the minimum 10% amount will be deducted from refund, in case of item is used then deduction will depend on condition of item/box and accessories we receive back.

Refunds:

Please inspect your order carefully once you received it. In-case the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately at info@onlinewaley.com so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds will be processed within 3 working days after the item is received.

If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refunds.
